Return and Warranty
If you have purchased your Glampalm from one of our foreign distributors (USA, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan) please contact them directly for service and warranty inquiries.
The Glampalm Warranty and Return policies are valid only with products purchased from this site ONLY.
Unopened products in new condition can be returned within 30 days, for an exchange or refund. However, Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Opened/Used products CANNOT be returned. Refund will be made after the product has been checked.
The product comes with a 1-year warranty. If the product is a manufacturing defect, shipping cost from Korea to customer will be covered by the company. Otherwise, both shipping costs (shipping and return), will be covered by the customer.
Please note this is an international purchase, all products are shipped from Seoul, Korea. Foreign distributors do not acknowledge warranties bought from this site.
